10 most expensive homes sold in Lehigh County, Jan. 8-14

A house in Emmaus that sold for $810,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Lehigh County in the past week.

In total, 141 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $287,951. The average price per square foot was $177.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Jan. 8 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $550K, single-family residence at 193 Windermere Ave.

The 2,571 square-foot single-family home at 193 Windermere Ave. has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in January and the total purchase price was $549,900, $214 per square foot. The house was built in 2001. The deal was finalized on Jan. 3.
