Tweetables:

“The Wall Street mantra is time in the market is more important than timing the market which I guess that's one way to look at it. I tend not to be a stat guy unless we've taken the company public to stock or something of that major.” –Dr. Eric Tait

“Today as it relates to interest rates. Again, it's just a math problem. Prices will come down based on an increase in interest rates. And the beauty of real estate is we don't have to buy. You can always wait until you get the price that you need to make the money that you want.” –Dr. Eric Tait

“We're not going after what I like to call thin deals. It's going to be something that there's meat on the bone and there's some downside risk in terms of looking at it from that (opportunistic) standpoint.” –Dr. Eric Tait
