About John Rubio

John is the COO/Founder and Co-Managing Director of JID Investments. Back in 2013, he started doing business and investing passively with his close friends, who were in real estate. During that time, he was stationed overseas with his family and got to understand the details, the ins and outs, and other specifics of being a passive investor.

He was in the Navy as a pilot for over 20 years and about 15 years now in real estate. And for about 10 years, he was investing passively and getting a nice return on his money. And that is where he started to build a business.

In JID Investments, John manages the daily operations, oversees the execution of tasks supporting JIDi’s strategic goals, and provides extensive due diligence of prospective investors, partnered companies, and project investments.
